On 20th March 2008, the Companies entered Administration and Alan Hudson and Hunter Kelly were appointed as Joint Administrators.

Immediately following the appointment of Joint Administrators, the business and assets of the company were sold to Company Time Limited.

The Administrators shall be preparing a report and proposals within eight weeks of their appointment. This report will be made available to all creditors and will give an indication of the likely dividend prospects. It is likely that a meeting of creditors will be convened at the same time.

Debts incurred by the Companies before our appointment will rank as unsecured claims against the Companies.

The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants authorises A Hudson and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland authorises R H Kelly to act as Insolvency Practitioners under section 390(2)(a) of the Insolvency Act 1986.

The affairs, business and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, A Hudson and R H Kelly, who act as agents of the Company only and without personal liability.
